I started in the legal industry as a fresh faced nineteen year old, my journey has taken me from small high-street firms, all the way to international, Silver circle firms and top 5 corporate investment banks. Most recently I have worked with start-up businesses taking on private investment and in need of founder restructure. In addition to the above, I provide legal officer duties for a PLC. This involves me working predominantly with large, often international contracts as well as providing the business with general legal support.
The idea for Sole Legal Services came from my networking. Many business owners would tell me that they had contracts and agreements, but nothing had been explained to them, they didn’t get the one-to-one service and the contracts hadn’t been put into context. They didn’t know how to use the contracts and how far the scope of protection went. They had received a detached service.
I worked on resolving this issue for businesses and to work with them on a continued basis to provide ongoing support as I do with PLC’s.
A by-product of putting documents into context is providing a personal service – we must get to know the business and its trading practices.
Our documents are simple to use and include insight and education aspects, This provides a set of documents that are jargon free and easy to use. We understand that it’s important to get deals over the line as quickly and as easily as possible, and we intend on drafting documents that make it easy for both sides of the table.
Our ongoing subscription service is our most attached and personal. We become a part of the team and are always there to help support and guide staff from various departments to work through issues and land big deals.
